Your FitCamp includes:
-2 live group workouts per week - every workout is different and includes top of the line strength and conditioning equipment. We make it fun and teach you proper technique, so you gain fitness confidence!
-1 at home workout per week - simple, effective, and fast. Can be done in your living room!

The health and safety of our members, coaches and community are of the highest priority at KFW!
Here is what we are implementing to protect you!
1) Reducing class sizes
2) Having hand sanitizer available each class
3) Asking members to 'self-screen' before attending each and every class
4) Setting up FitCamp to keep all members 6ft apart during classes
5) Reducing/eliminating equipment sharing
Bring your own dumbbells!
Because we cannot share equipment, we encourage you to bring your own dumbbells. (5, 8, 10, 12 lbs).
They can be purchased at Canadian Tire, Superstore, Varagesale or you can make your own!
You can use large water bottles or milk jugs, get creative! Everyone will be bringing lots of DIY dumbbells so don't feel weird about it!

Weather Policy: "Rain We Train", Thunder we reschedule.
PLEASE NOTE: We require a minimum of 12 people per FitCamp block. If minimums are not met, the sessions will be cancelled and the members will be transferred to another FitCamp, or receive a full refund.
